Forest
The blonde vampire bit her lip as the needle on her fuel gauge hovered at a quarter of a tank.
She had about five hundred in cash in her wallet, but for some reason her credit cards weren't working. When she attempted to log onto one of her bank accounts via her phone she couldn't get the website to load. Even with full bars, she found that none of her bank accounts weren't accessible. It was like that they had never exist.
This whole place was a freaking enigma to her and the last forty-eight hours had been some of the strangest she had in a long time. She swore she saw the lead in a TV show that had been off the air for years walking down the street. The weird thing was it wasn't the actor, who was almost in his sixties, but the character as he had been in his late twenties when the show had started.
Oh, and apparently the paranormal wasn't a secret here either.
So, low on money, low on gas, vastly confused, and able to walk in the daylight due to the MacGuffan she had received, Forest found herself walking into Greasedog Mcjr's.
At least they have wi-fi, Forest thought as she began to look around, And if push comes to shove, I can start scanning minds to find out where the bloody hell I am.
