The feint was completely unnecessary, from the start the angel had been completely unprepared for his continued assault, confident as she was in him seeing the truth of the matter. Unfortunately for her such was not the case, and she was torn right through like a gate breached by a giant battering ram.

She got flung away by the ancient warrior's mighty blow and crashed through a wall at the other end of the street.

Archer

The white haired former Counter Guardian stood up as the argument between the two women heated up.

Inwardly, he chafed at Amanda asking if Eruraviel was "registered", like she was some exotic pet.  As if the vibrant elf was less than a human, not a person even though she was.  It didn't seem like it was Amanda's own personal beliefs, but the laws she upheld.

Of course Eruraviel was taking offense to that, which she could not be blamed for.

Archer knew all too well being a servant without will for another more powerful entity.  He had made some retroactive suicide attempt in a mostly wasted effort to erase his own existence.  And end his contract in the process due to the paradox he'd create.

Except things didn't work that way, but he was here and now with these two women that were going to get violent at any moment.

So between the floor beneath them, he traced one of his favorite swords, Caldablog.  He traced it stabbed in the floor between the two women in the blink of an eye.  A sudden physical barrier to hopefully draw their attention elsewhere.

"Ladies, I asked you not to come to blows in my house.  You're taking advantage of my hospitality, and I even brewed you tea and coffee," Archer said.

One might consider such a turn of events surprising, but little ever surprised her now. So instead she just let out a dry chuckle and a little bit of applause, like someone who had just watched a good movie again. "Well, that was quite a show. Perhaps there is more to you than I thought." She had fully turned around now, getting a look at the demon once more. Both of her hands were open and held out as if she was presenting something.

"Even if you don't join me, I'll be sure to thank you with a performance of my own. Enjoy yourself, Jalut." And she walked off, no different than when she first arrived on the scene.

"I am not going to sell out random people to satiate your bloodlust. I'd rather die than let innocent people come to harm from the actions of some dangerous terrorist." Oh wow spooky red eyes, this elf was trying real hard to give off that evil vibe, what a pain. The complaining shopkeeper however was of little concern right now, he was just one more victim now.

"And just how are you planning to go about this? Kill everyone in your path until you find your target? How does that make you any better? Let's stop this standoff and I can tell you more if you calm down, there's a reason I want to know whether or not you're registered and it ties into you freeing them."

Noel suddenly ran forward and grabbed Breeze in a hug as she exited the examination room. It seemed as if she'd been waiting to do so for a while and had been holding it in.

"Thank you, Breeze."

'Today was going to be a slog...'

Mothra didn't regret her choices the previous evening (And she would gladly do it again), but she did regret what came the following day: utter exhaustion. She didn't so much walk as dragged herself to school, eye bags noticeable and clothes a bit disheveled. This was gonna be a fun day~.

The teenager barely made it into her homeroom before the final bell rang, taking to her seat by the window just as the teacher entered the classroom. Now, all she had to do was not fall asleep...

Lighthart

Hrm. It seemed humans weren't entirely useless. The same could not be said for her poor little vassal.

"Fuh! This trifling dessert? I am surprised someone like you can content herself with such pitiful cattle feed." She answered haughtily, only to finish her cup. Her eyes went back at her with cold hostility. No, it wasn't her that she was looking at, but rather... her milkshake. "Surely you don't intend to finish it. Such poison would do nothing but harm to you. As a paladin, it is my duty to cleanse filth from the land!" She roared mightily, before taking in another bite of her bacon cheeseburger.

Hannah

Her familiar was just adorable, really. Trying so hard to seem upright and righteous in her every word. "Well, as a devil it is my duty to peddle filth, no? And you seem to be enjoying it quite well!"

She pushed her glasses up with a finger and smirked at the paladin. "Surely, you cannot deny you are enjoying the rich flavor of the beef patty, the crisp of the bacon strips...? Mm, why don't you try a little of mine to see how it goes?"

Hannah held her milkshake's draw up to Lighthart.

Lighthart

"That is what I just asked, fool." She dropped all pretended and robbed the demon of her milkshake, slurping it down the straw like a greedy (dignified) child.

"Mhgg *slurp* do tell me *scandalous drinking noises* what were you up to until you came here?"

Miyuki

Miyuki had her playlist playing, but it wasn't anywhere nearby. She had stuck a portal inside the doorframe of an office in an abandoned building in the far reaches of the Nexus to her inner world, leaving the door ajar with a below-average quality home speaker stuck on a table she had thought into existence just on the inside. She had her favorite playlist playing on repeat, and she could hear it from the middle of the school just fine. The sound quality wasn't so good, but she didn't get in trouble for it like she would if she stuck her headphones in her ears in the middle of class. However, seeing a familiar face walk in the door was enough to distract the Planar from her rather ludicrous, but effective plan.

Miyuki leaned forward in her desk to whisper to Lora when she sat down. "Oooh, you don't look so good. Had a long night?"

Eru blithly ignored Archer's cute little sword. Her shadow continued to creep up Amanda's body, enveloping her and preventing her from moving even a finger. Right now, it held her gently but firmly, causing the girl no pain. However, it was obvious she was at Eru's mercy and that the girl could crush her with a thought.

"Hmmmm? You couldn't be calling the slavers innocent now, could you~ There's no way you're that foolish, riiight? Hmmm, well, I can't deny that innocent civilians might get caught in the crossfire, but that only applies to the scenario where you refuse to tell me their names, Amanda. I'd much rather just destroy those responsible, you know? Hmmmm?" She glared at her with her glowing red eyes, the magical patterns in her pupil flashing as her ears twitched furiously. "And it should be soooo obvious I'm unregistered, child. They'd already be dead, had I known about this beforehaaaand."

Nero

"Umu! I thought you would never ask!"

The muffled voice emanated from the cowgirl's pillows as Nero slipped and, in an almost instinctual move, sandwiched the groping hand between her own bountiful mounds while sticking her windowed butt up, magnetically attracting some other hands from the crowd.

"I Am Nero, Tyrant of Love, Empress of Roses! Welcome, my dear lass, to a new, shining chapter of your life!"

Noel Vermillion

Noel suddenly ran forward and grabbed Breeze in a hug as she exited the examination room. It seemed as if she'd been waiting to do so for a while and had been holding it in.

"Thank you, Breeze."

Auspicious Breeze

That just made all the paperwork worth it! She wrapped her arms around Noel and smiled. "Anytime, Noel. I couldn't just let someone bother you like that. Especially with that kind of attitude..."

Charlotte

The gunslinger cocked an eyebrow as Nero spoke up, a little muffled by the taller blonde's chest, and took the open invitation to continue enjoying the Imperial Bosom without a moment's hesitation.

"Hm, wouldn't be so sure about new if I were you," Charlotte said with a chuckle, spearing the owners of the intrusive hands with her gaze until they withdrew, "But ya got my attention. What all kind of chapter did ya have in mind?"

Before Archer could do anything more drastic to stop the women, Tohsaka wandered into the room.

The cat sauntered up to the shadows and began batting them with a raven furred paw.  His golden eyes looked at the two women before making a chirping sound, wandering to the side a bit, and laying down.  Then he began to clean himself with loud, smacking licks.

"Good time for you to show up, little buddy," Archer said with a sigh.  He then did the sensible thing in this situation.  He began to clean up the dishes while the two women had their spat.  Anything he'd say right now would be ignored by their violence.

Ananta

Ananta was kinda of put entirely off balance by that. There was a redness blooming in her cheeks that she had no choice but to rub away with her own two hands. Not that it was really doing anything. "D-don't worry! I'll definitely protect you. You can count on me!"

"That is what I just asked, fool." She dropped all pretended and robbed the demon of her milkshake, slurping it down the straw like a greedy (dignified) child.

Hannah

Seeing Lighthart's dignity fall down the drain was just precious. It satisfied Hannah enough to she didn't even mind answering the question. She adjusted her purse, the current form of her bag of holding, and brushed some hair back behind her ear. "I was summoning a familiar. I got you. Acceptable. Before that...?"

Was the paladin asking for her life story? Perhaps. "I had just finished getting my degree from university."
