Nova

Nova's feeling of comfort was now gone.  His eyes meet her stare.  Her hands were warm, yet her eyes were cold, portraying a feeling of seriousness and greed.  She was not like the elders of his world but instead seemed to have the traits of a greedy human looking for gold. He had made a mistake.  Still, that doesn't mean this was fruitless.

He gently brushed aside the hand that was touching him.  Then, he took a few steps back.

"Umm... Ok I am not interested.  You seem way too old for me."  He half joked.  "You don't have any information worth trading do you?"  He said in a more serious tone.

Sakagami Kenzo

Kenzo squinted. Without letting the child go further, he took hold of his arms and slammed his head on the man's own. Not hard enough to anything, but enough to have it hurt a bit. Using all he had, he kept the child's hands away from the man's sockets. Then, he looked right at the man's eyes, into the child's soul. With this gaze, it almost looked like he would devour him.

"Why are you hurting, Ghost Child?" he said, firm and unflinching.

Sakura

Sakura responded to Irisviel's yawn with a yawn of her own. She was feeling rather drained right now. However, she was also very hungry, and she was not used to taking short naps.

“I can find my way back, thank you”, she said with a kind smile.

Honestly, she wasn't 100% sure she could, but Irisviel had been nice, she didn't want to inconvinience her any more than she already had.

“Go and have a lie down, when you get up there will be a delicious meal waiting for you”, she added, enthusiastically.

Then, she turned and left the room, following the winding corridors back to the room where Togan was.

Ghost Child

The moment his arms were grabbed a smile flickered over Ghost Child's form and he left the body right before the larger man's headbutted the smaller one's head. The brown haired man cried out in pain at the sudden blow as he came to. The spirit just floated above the man laughing and stuck out his tongue at the sword wielding man.

Urthemiel

Her face was still beautiful even with a small frown but that soon turned into a smirk. "Allow me to give you some information for free than. Look behind you."

The green distortion in reality from before pulsed and rage demons began to spawn from it. Seemingly made of amorphous lava with two dots of light to serve as their eyes they moved forward to strike at Nova as Urthemiel stood there with an expression that promised destruction to any demon that neared her as she stepped back into her repulsion glyph.

Sakagami Kenzo

"Welcome back!"  The demon cheered, pleased to see that the ghost had left that body. It made things much easier.
The demon cheered before flipping the man around and tapping him on the back of the neck. As if taken in a sort of trance, the man fell unconscious. He’d probably wake up in a few minutes.

Hopefully.

Looking down apologetically, the demon spoke. "As long as my sword isn't taken by that ghost fellow, everything will be alright. For the time being, stay put. Okay?"

Abigail

"I'm not saying that Forest isn't dangerous, believe me she's probably killed more monsters than cancer, but she's only dangerous if someone's actively threatening innocents," Abigail said, throwing her hands up, "And you've never met her, so you're just going on a prejudiced notion that she's hiding something.  That would be like someone saying you're a baby stealing slut because you're a Changeling without even meeting you."

Rin

Rin was luxuriating under the spray of water as hot as she could stand without being scalded, feeling warmth return to her skin.  At first it had felt like if someone had been stabbing icy daggers into her and feet when she first got into the shower, but she acclimated to the temperature.  Part of her wanted to take a long, hot bath, but there were things she had to do.

Like get some clothing and maybe scope out the area.  See if there are any leylines I could use here and if I'm compatible with this land, at least for now.

She didn't rush washing her hair, glad to have the time to relax and clean at her leisure for once.  However the scent of mangoes wasn't something she was exactly use to, she preferred roses herself, but Sakura generally liked sweet, food related scents.   I have to see if I can find the toiletries I use here.  God, I've gotten spoiled on the stuff I've been getting from that apothecary in London.

Rin rinsed off and she was stepping out of the shower when she felt a giant snap of prana like a spell being activated.  Chills ran up and down her spine as she wrapped a towel around herself and grabbed a garnet from her stash of jewels.  Sakura might be in trouble, Rin thought as she reinforced her limbs and shot out of the bathroom.  She could sense the prana's concentration in the basement and even more chills ran down her spine at the possible implications of that.

The raven haired magus kicked open the basement door and jumped down the stairs in a graceful leap, landing in a crouch before her reinforced eyes grew accustomed to the gloom.  Luckily there weren't a hive of warms skittering about in the darkness, but the smell of blood was in the air.

And, in center of the room was an older version of Emiya Shirou, even slightly older than what Archer physically appeared as, kissing Sakura passionately.

Rin cleared her throat and said, "Well, I'm glad I rushed out of the shower to find that Emiya-kun really does like younger girls."

Saber

Saber sighed at Mata, looked at Henry and said, "We do not have time to tarry with a sort who has no respect for authority.  I do not wish to be down here after night falls.  We need to continue."

With that, still literally walking on the sewer water, Saber strode past the sewer worker.

Sakura

Shortly after she collapsed on top of Shirou, Sakura’s exhaustion caught to her once more. She went limp on top of Shirou, and failed to notice him kissing her. However, she was roused just as quickly from her errant slumber by Rin coming and kicking open the door.

Sakura felt something on her lips when she woke up. It took her about a second to realize this Shirou had stolen a kiss from her, at which point she burst up and pushed away from him. “W-w-w-w-what!” She asked him, wide awake once more.

Richard Maxwell

"Are you..."

Without really thinking, Richard hugged the woman and held her as close as he could. He could feel her heart beating madly, as if she was terrified of something. He didn't knew why, but he felt like this fear was not unlike one that he had known. Even if he wouldn't have minded killing her earlier if she proved to be a threat, he realized that he had completely misjudged the situation.

She felt... warm. It wasn't unlike someone he knew. His expression blank and emotionless, Richard wiped her face with his scarf.

Rikuyo

She felt like all was lost, that whatever was unleashed by that girl was about to destroy this world. Rikuyo meekly apologized as Richard wiped her tears. "I'm sorry. Maybe if I stopped her back then, it wouldn't have come to this. Maybe we wouldn't all have to die..." Maybe she should have just stayed still and enjoy her last moments in peace, cherishing that somebody in the end cared about her.

Ghost Child

The eyeless child pouted for a moment before possessing the unconscious man again. This time it would be different. If the man didn't want him to play with this toy then he would just break it. They were just shells after all.

With that in mind the man's teeth slammed down on his tongue and bit it off. With an impudent smile on his face he opened his mouth and a sizable portion of the muscular organ along with a stream of blood fell out of his mouth before it clamped shut.

Nova Tiburtius

Nova looked behind him and noticed two demons emerging from a portal behind him.  They were made of lava attempting to strike him with their claws.

He lowered his eyelids at the monsters, as if bored.  Then, he turned around and dashed in between the demons at a speed so fast that his form lost its shape and became extremely hard to track.  As soon as he was several feet away from the demons, he pauses. To the right of him, a small circular portal appeared with the diameter of a small window.  He reached into the portal and grabbed his sword.  Without delay, he delivered 5 swift slashes of his blade, each passing through a wormhole that he created in front of him.  Each wormhole was small, perfectly fitting the size, angle and shape of slashes.  The other side of the wormhole was placed just in front of the demon, seemingly teleporting the slashes to the demon.

Lawrence was feeling a massive headache coming on as Archer shifted out of the physical realm into the Twilight, obviously not in the mood for this either. The brewing maelstrom of female anger and cattiness was reaching a nearly critical level and he was stuck right at ground zero, and didn't really feel like getting stabbed by anyone today.

"Can we all please, please, just calm down? I really don't know if Forest is legit or not but she had a chance to kill someone before and didn't so I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt here for the meantime. Plus she gave me pants, so uh, yeah." He scratched his head as he saw Archer walk through one of the walls, checking for... something. Or maybe just trying to get away.

Rider and Shirou

Rider was listening to Vanguard explain the nature of their world to Shirou when, suddenly, she noticed Sakura run down the stairs in a panic, heading for the basement.

"Rider, what is happening?" asked Vanguard.

“I don't know, but Sakura looks worried. I'm going to go check it out, she could be in danger”, she responded.

As she did so, she noticed Rin charging after her sister. Her magical signature showed that she was reinforced and ready for action. Rider charged after her, heading towards the basement, hoping that Sakura would be OK.

Meanwhile, Shirou continued to comfort his wife, kissing her and rubbing her back gently, trying to soothe her. Noticing that she had gone limp, he panicked for an instant, before noticing that she was breathing normally, and seemed to just be asleep.

Well, she has had a busy day, I suppose, he thought, continuing to comfort her.

I guess I should find somewhere for her to sleep comfortably, he thought, giving her one  last kiss before preparing to shift her off him so he could carry her up and out of wherever it was that they were.

Before he could do so, however, he heard a “thump” on the carpet. Reinforcing his eyes, he looked up, but before his eyes could acclimatise to the darkness enough to see anything more than a blur, he heard a cough, followed by another familiar voice coming from the woman.

"Well, I'm glad I rushed out of the shower to find that Emiya-kun really does like younger girls”, she said.

Eh, what? She's only a couple of years younger than me, he thought, confused.

Before he could say anything, though, Sakura suddenly jumped up and pushed him away.

W-w-w-w-what!” she exclaimed.

Shirou was now throughly confused.

“Sakura, what's wrong? And, Rin, Sakura is only two years younger than me, and she's my wife”, he said, before his pain-addled brain did a double-take.

"Wait, Rin, why are you even here? What is going on?" he continued, thoroughly confused at the situation.

Rider, however, knew exactly what was happening. She wasn't sure if this was the Shirou from her world, but she certainly couldn't detect any differences. Either way, in the pitch black of the basement, he had obviously mistaken the much younger Sakura for his wife, and had kissed and comforted her accordingly.

“Shirou, that's not your wife”, Rider said with a laugh. “She is far younger than your Sakura, and has her own Shirou."

Shirou looked up at Sakura again. With his eyes now somewhat acclimatised to the darkness, he was able to make out some features, and he did notice some slight differences, although it was difficult to tell in this light. He also noticed that Rin seemed to be wearing only a towel.

Kern Metera

Kern’s only thoughts as he talked to a concerned man in a suit were damning Just for not being her and for Christina for doing another check over. He should not be the person in control of the blockade, let alone explaining to people what was going on.

Kern was a giant of a man, standing at around 7 feet with a build that could be best described as a bear’s. He body was covered in armor, and on his back sat a massive Battle Axe which seemed to have some sort of mechanism built into it. As well as an additional pair of longsword sitting in sheaths attached to his belt.

And then another group of people, three men, 2 of which were relatively normal but the third one was… was he even human? He glanced at a couple of the men lined up and saw them tense up. But they did not act out; they were ordered to keep the line after all.

Kern gave a last couple of words before walking up to the new group of three, “For safety reasons we have closed off the area. I apologize, but even if you have reason to we cannot let you pass.”

His voice was a heavy baratone, fitting for his body type, as he carefully watched the group, with slight more focus on the pointy eared one.

Christina Summeria

It was sudden, but Christina saw it. The boy began to sink into the shadows, trying to escape, trying to flee from her.

Like hell she would let that happen.

And with a flick of her wrist her spear shot out and the mechanism hidden within it activated. The spear segmented, and like it darting snake it shot at the boy and wrapped around his arm.

And then with a tug she pulled, ripping him out of the shadow and into the air. And at that moment he was lifted the spear loosened and retracted.

Gintoki

"Is that so? If the con building blew up, just phone the police and let it handle. Trust me, local tax revenue robbers are not too shabby. If they can clean up a street full of dead civilians, something like that is a piece of cake for them. There is a phone booth here. Just phone those coppers, let them clean up the mess and go pretend to be Dragon Quest characters elsewhere. If you don't, I will" Gintoki said firmly to the man. He wouldn't take any flimsy excuse from a grown up adult that still dressed up and pretended to be a fantasy character.

Adjutor

Just as the teen thought he was home free, he felt something wrap around his arm before he found himself being yanked out of the shadow and towards the woman before the spear retracted. Surprise shut down the teen's ability to react as he found himself flung towards the woman. Fortunately, Valmanway was quite incapable of surprise. The Air Elemental manipulated the air to put a sudden gust in the teen's path, slowing him down enough to allow him to regain his feet with a fair distance between himself and the woman before Adjutor started to move back with all the speed his Reinforced legs could afford him.

Xarrest, in the meanwhile, took a moment to start healing the burned hand while Adjutor called Valmanway to him, catching Air-Elemental, now a dagger, in his good hand as he retreated from the woman.

Meanwhile, Rahab went to work, starting to freeze the girl's armor while Laivatain made to hurl a gout of fire her way.

Hang on. If we can escape without killing her, that would be the best outcome.

On the other hand, she wants us to come with her, when she probably could have tried to kill us on the spot.

She wants us alive...perhaps for interrogation?

If so, then we might stand to learn a fair bit if we allow her to capture us...

She'll be suspicious if we just up and surrender, though...

A moment's consideration is all that's needed for Adjutor to decide to prepare a Shield.
