"Should I have?" He asked her with an aloof smile.

Locke

"I'm not stupid," he said.  "You still have to contact us for interviews.  We can't just drop everything to talk to you.  If you want to spread gossip about our family go ahead.  If your this keen on trespassing, you probably wouldn't need our help to do it anyway."

Still, this was a bad situation.  It wasn't just because of the damage to the reputation of their family.  He didn't give a damn about that.  If she found out about Steaven's problem with the Shaman, the chiefs might get involved.  They had enough problems with body guards, let alone the police.  What was she doing here?

He looked out into the yard, where Nanako left huge craters from her leaps.  Oh goddamn it....

Aruna

Aruna snarled at the archangel.  "Yes!  I....uhh....wait... I mean thats bad but..." her face began to glow with a faint pink as she realized what kind of nonsense she was spouting.  Of course, she couldn't stop now. "Your EVIL! DISGUSTING!  A GENOCIDAL MANIC WITH TOO MUCH POWER!"

She turned to the red haired girls, realizing she wasn't particularly scared either, which meant she was looking like even more of a madwoman.  She stomped on the ground, shattering the ground beneath her.  "GODDAMN IT!"

Sakura and Shirou

Sakura relaxed slightly at the man's words, although her anger was still clear on her face. To their irritation, though, before he could go and retreive the money, he was interrupted by the sound of the doorbell, which he silently ordered Locke to go and answer. Uninterested in his possible guests, the two of them waited for him to resume, until Shirou, now calming down somewhat, unlike his still-angry wife, came up with an idea.

"You know, we could just give you our bank details, and you could transfer the money that way. It's a lot easier than us carrying around a large amount of cash", he said.

Count Mann

The old man let out a sigh of relief.  "Alright alright," he said.  "Go out the backdoor then.  The only people who come here are invited, so I don't know who that is.  Its going to make a lot of trouble for Steaven if you guys get into a spat."

Steaven ran up to the two and pulled them into a hug.  "Thanks."

Jeanne

"Oh I see..." She frowned and backed off, if this guard didn't realize the kind of connections she had, he must be new around here. Having their reputation hurt would hit their credit rating something drastic. "In that case...." The blonde then pulled out a smartphone of the latest model, high value stuff, all shiny and stuff; perfectly practical and what you'd expect going by her looks. She fiddled with it; like she was writing something while completely ignoring Locke.

Locke

Locke raised his eyebrow.  "What are you doing?" he asked, trying to peer over her shoulder.

Sakura

A glint appeared in Sakura's deep purple eyes. She brought her outstretchedhand to her face in a dramatic pose, covering everything except her deep amethyst eyes. "I am-" She paused for a beat and suddenly and without warning opened up her arms as if she were about to embrace the very world and elegantly thrust out her chest. "Sakura! Sakura Edelfeldt." She proclaimed this fact proudly to the world with a final sparkley spin, doing a curtsy to finish.

She grasped Sapphire tightly, flipping the conspicuously silent and still stick downwards. She damn well knew the girl was awake; she'd even added sparkles and streamers to the spin! She then took a single step back, a practiced movement honed by over a decade of etiquette schooling as befitting the rank of her house.

I wonder how Luvia would have reacted to that? Would she have liked it? Or found it lacking...? Sakura wondered. She knew it would have absolutely triggered Rin. Ahhhh, it felt good finally letting herself loose a bit.

Edelgard

The shift in the girl's tone made Edelgard pay more attention than she intended, and she watched every inch of the act a little surprised. The warrior's mouth opened slightly, miming a soft 'ohh' of understanding. She was a human noble, the way in which she'd presented her surname made it obvious. The Forsaken wasn't sure what the etiquette for these people was, but nodded with an affirmative hum.

"I see," she said, extending a gloved hand to her. "Don't know etiquette, sorry. But I'll remember."

Jeanne

"Who? Me?" She glanced up at him, still furiously typing at her smartphone, it looked like she was writing an email. "I'm writing a complaint to Amanda Harrington. You might have heard about her. About this tall...." She made a gesture with her hand to represent the girl's height. "black hair, twintails, aristocrat, famous mage...although I can't quite remember what her occupation was hmm?" The blond reporter snarkily replied.

Locke

Oh another threat?

"I am sorry," he said.  "Unfortunately, she will have to come here and complain herself.  We didn't receive a call that you were coming and this residence is invite only.  Now if you would kindly leave, I would appreciate it.  I really don't want to have to escort you off the premises.  Unless there is something life threatening, please leave."

She stopped typing as she turned to look at him. "Right then... should I tell her you're handling your Shaman just fine too?" Whatever was going was probably related to those rumors, she could get all the answers she'd need based on his reaction to that, either way with how urgently this guy was trying to get her to leave; they we're definitely hiding something.

Locke

Locke's eyes widened for a moment.  "Excuse me?  Why do you know about that?"

This is why using body guards was a bad idea.  The families of these guards start talking and then before you know it rumors spread.  He might have to feed her something to go away, if shes not just lying to get in.  Worst case, they can let her into the lounge while they figure something out.

Amanda

ZAP.

"Stop vandalizing my kitchen this instant you mongrel!"

The knight got struck head on by the fury of the god of thunder; the cracklings arcs of electricity surged past him, trapping him in a cage of storms, yet not a single surface in the kitchen was affected. Something was shielding them, something that couldn't be seen or heard, but it couldn't definitely be felt.

The blonde smiled as she finally got his attention, she put the phone away and couldn't help but to push her chest forward, emphasizing their profound size even more so to him.

"He told me you see, in rather great detail too. You wouldn't believe how easily he talked once I put my charm on, or maybe you do?" She intentionally left 'him' as vague as possible, to let the guard make his own conclusions.

Bartender

"I... umm sir?" he asked, slamming his hand against the counter.  This was getting absurd!   "Did you hear me?  We don't have any blood here!"

The redheaded girl began tugging on his shirt from behind, a subtle reminder to calm down.  Unfortunately, he kept yelling.  "What is with you entitled manchildren!  This is a normal bar for normal people!  Do you hear me!  NORMAL people!"

The redhead stopped tugging, standing to her feet and staring helplessly at the guests.  This wouldn't turn out well for him.
