Annabeth
"Truth be told, I'm not sure how I'd go about eating a spirit," the Hunter admitted, giving Rikuyo an odd look, "Never had to deal with them much. Though I suppose I'll have to start getting used to it once this First Change thing is over and done with..."
Noting that the woman had a point, the Hunter went into Ren, focusing her aura into her legs to speed up even more so than usual to allow her to catch up to Ron, who was back to being a cute wolf. Looking around for a bit, the Hunter realized Ron was in Zetsu, so either he was hiding from something or looking for it. While the Hunter had to admit that Ron had her beat in terms of mundane senses, she still held a decent advantage in terms of her sensitivity to aura. Pulling her own aura into herself and going into Zetsu, Annabeth needed a moment to push past the almost oppressive feeling permeating the forest pressing down on her anew, feeling innumerable eyes boring into her back that she knew she wouldn't find.
Pushing past all that, the Hunter soon realized that the general buzz of the forest around them made it quite easy to pick out anomalies, and it wasn't long before she spotted what Ron seemed to be looking at...in the trees? No, not quite...the possibility boggled the Hunter's mind a little, but it seemed that the wind itself carried the high aura concentration that had caught Ron's attention. Somehow, the wind itself was their prey.
Frowning, the Hunter decided to wait for now. She'd noticed something of a pattern when it came to the forms Ron took, and the form he was in now was not the one he took right before pouncing on his prey. Perhaps the wind itself was their quarry, but the time to strike had not arrived yet.
